Firefly Lands is run by Nithin Rajeev in Wayanad, Kerala. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 4 November 2026.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email (optional), what you are looking for, your budget range and your message.
From WhatsApp and phone calls: your number, your messages, and what you tell us about the land you want, your budget and your timeline.
From our ads on Facebook and Instagram: when you tap an ad that opens WhatsApp, Meta tells us that the chat started from that ad. We do not receive your Facebook profile.

Why we use it

To reply to you, send listing details and arrange site visits.
To record which properties you have asked about, so we don't send you the same thing twice.
To keep a record that we introduced you to a property, which matters if you go on to buy it.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who sees it

Only Firefly Lands. When you are serious about a property, we share your name with that owner, and only after telling you. Our website and its database are hosted by Hostinger; WhatsApp messages are handled by Meta under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

As long as you are looking for land with us, and for up to three years after your last message, so that past introductions can be confirmed. After that we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can tell us to stop messaging you at any time. Write to hello@fireflylands.in or WhatsApp +91 99013 10030. We reply within 7 days. These rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
